Do I need to know how to code?

No. Vantemo includes a visual drag-and-drop page builder, a point-and-click dashboard for managing products and orders, and professional templates to get your storefront looking great without touching any code.

Can AI help me manage my Vantemo shop?

Yes. Vantemo supports AI assistant integration via the MCP protocol. If you use Claude or another MCP-compatible AI tool, you can connect it to your Vantemo shop with an API key to add products, check orders, and manage settings directly through conversation. For example, ask it to add a product, look up this week's orders or create a discount code.

Is Vantemo GDPR compliant?

Yes. The GDPR tools are built in: a published Data Processing Agreement (DPA), cookie consent on your shop, customer data export and right-to-erasure support. Each shop’s data is kept separate and never shared with other shops.

How much does Vantemo cost?

You can start on the Free plan: €0 a month, with a 5% fee on each sale. Core is €9 for the first month, then €29 a month, with a 2% fee per sale; Pro is €19, then €49 a month, with 1%; Ultra is €29, then €99 a month, with 0.5%. Enterprise is priced by quote. A new account gets 14 days of Ultra-plan features, with no credit card needed — AI writing needs Pro and translation needs a paid plan. Your payment provider’s own fees (such as Stripe’s) apply on every plan.

Does Vantemo include cart recovery?

Yes, from the Core plan. Your shop can email shoppers who left items in their cart: up to 2 reminders on Core, 5 on Pro and 8 on Ultra. Pro and above can also send SMS reminders to shoppers who agreed to receive texts, paid from SMS credits (a monthly allowance, with more to buy). No third-party apps needed.
