All paid tiers (Core, Pro, Ultra) include a 14-day free trial with full access to tier features. You can explore analytics, set up your store, configure payment providers, and test quiz funnels. No payment method required — your trial starts automatically when you verify your email.

Transaction fees are a small percentage charged on each successful sale through your store. Free has 5%, Core has 2%, Pro has 1%, Ultra has 0.5%, and Enterprise has 0%. These are separate from payment provider fees (Stripe/MakeCommerce).

Progressive pricing gives you a discounted first month to test the platform. For example, Core starts at €9 for the first month, then €29/month after. This allows you to evaluate the platform at a lower cost before committing to regular pricing.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time through your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Payments are processed securely, and you can manage your payment method anytime through the billing portal.

You can cancel anytime. Your store remains active until the end of your paid period. After cancellation, your plan automatically downgrades to the Free tier (platform subdomain only, basic features). Your data is preserved for 90 days.

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can test the platform risk-free. If you experience technical issues preventing platform use, contact our support team within 7 days of billing for a refund review.

No setup fees, no long-term contracts. All plans are available monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime without penalties. Enterprise plans can optionally sign annual contracts for additional discounts (contact sales).
