What does "Native" versus "Custom API" mean?
Native integrations are built directly into the Vantemo platform. You only need to provide an API key or account ID in the dashboard to activate them. Custom API integrations require you to configure a webhook endpoint or use our REST API to sync data to those specific platforms.
Can I sync my existing ERP system?
Yes. For enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools like SAP or NetSuite, we recommend subscribing to Vantemo's webhook events (e.g., `order.created`, `inventory.updated`) to stream real-time data into your ERP, and using our API to push stock updates back to Vantemo.
