How to Delete Your Data

1. What data we store
- When you connect your Meta account to Vantemo, we store: your Meta Business account ID, pixel ID(s), and a system user access token for sending conversion events via Meta Conversions API.
- We do not store your personal Facebook profile data, friends list, or private messages.
2. How to delete your data
- Self-service:Go to Shop Settings → Integrations → Meta → click "Disconnect." This immediately deletes your stored Meta tokens, pixel IDs, and all associated Meta integration data from our systems.
- Manual request: Email [email protected] with subject "Data Deletion Request." Include your account email and shop name. We will process your request upon verifying your identity and delete all Meta-related data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
- Full account deletion:You can delete your entire Vantemo account and all associated data directly from your admin dashboard under Settings → Privacy & Data. Alternatively, you can email [email protected] with subject "Account Deletion Request" (subject to legally required financial retention periods).
3. What happens after deletion
- All stored Meta access tokens are revoked and deleted from our active databases and caches immediately.
- Pixel tracking and server-side conversion events stop immediately.
- Historical event data already sent to Meta is governed by Meta's own data retention policies.

- This action cannot be undone — you will need to reconnect your Meta account to resume tracking.
